24.10.2017: Publication "THz electrical writing speed in an antiferromagnetic memory"

Fellow members of the ASPIN group Tobias Kampfrath , Petr Nemec, Jairo Sinova, and Tomas Jungwirth and collaborators, have shown for the first time that CuMnAs can achieve writing speeds of THz’s via the Neel spin-orbit torque.
